GOOOOOD MORNING! After a long vacation its time to clean up my diet and get back into my workout routine. Yesterday I went for an hour run and roller bladed for 30 minutes.
My meals consisted of…
-1 scoop Raw Fit with unsweetened Almond milk
- 4oz chicken with a large kale and broccoli slaw salad I added some sunflower seeds, 50% less sugar cranberries, and yellow peppers. Dressing was balsamic
- 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg scrambled with green peppers and Mrs.Dash extra spicy salt free seasoning.
-1 organic turkey burger and another kale and broccoli slaw salad with yellow peppers
- for a late night snack i took a quarter of a Cookie Dough Quest bar and added a little peanut butter on it. yum!
